- 8 polycarbonate roller intake run by 1 Kraken XS brushless motor, using 5mm HTD belts in order to not shred the teeth of the pulley if the mechanism stalled
- ¼” 6061 Aluminum sheet metal side plates to handle the collisions with other robots on the field
- 3/16” 6061 Aluminum sheet metal inner intake plates that withstand the force of the ‘stage’ when climbing up the chain
- 1” x 1” aluminum tubing with ⅛” wall thickness at the front of the intake to absorb the most force before it can collide with the rollers
- 4 standoffs needed between the inner and outer intake plates to negate the torque induced on the plates when in collisions with field elements or other robots
- Game piece centering spacers and rollers, which allow the note to quickly get through the intake and be ready to either, go to the elevator, or be shot through the shooter
- 3d printed PLA guiding blocks move the game piece out of areas to get stuck within the intake
